As a Junior Project Operations Associate at Glaxis Messe Exhibitions, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients visions to life on the international stage. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are keen on developing skills in international project management.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in project management, event management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply non experience candidate are welcome.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
- Strong organizational skills and efficient multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator will be considered an added advantage
