Tracking and documenting of project documentation for the department
Assist in process consultants/contractors claims
Handle project management duties Oversee and perform administrative functions concerns with a project, update project calendar, call contractors, consultants or relevant parties for project
To manage departments day-to-day activities and provide general administrative support (e.g. coordinate departments events, meetings, communications, handle information requests, etc)
To handle general office administrative works such as upkeep of departments facilities / equipment / stationeries to ensure availability as and when needed and maintain a proper filing system
To perform day-to day clerical work
To assist departments HOD in managing calendars, making travel, meeting & event arrangement
To be liaison person and coordinator of the department with other departments within the organization
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support in project or equivalent.
Well versed in Microsoft Office applications, written English and Bahasa Malaysia
