Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office organization, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and organize documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Project Coordination:
- Support project planning and execution by coordinating with internal and external project team.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement activities to support project needs.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including action items, and progress reports.
- Prepare project updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in expense reporting.
Compliance & Support:
- Ensure all project-related activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide support to the team on various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and project management.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa, English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for communication with the China office.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Working Conditions:
- Based at KL, Bukit Bintang / KLCC area
- Occasional travel may be required to support project-related activities
