Job summary: - Responsible for assisting site recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and supporting the site activities to maintain a productive, safe, and compliant workforce.
Handle all category D recruitment, leave management, and resignation documentation at the respective project site, ensuring submission to the Administration Manager before forwarding to HQ-HRD.
- Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to HQ-HRD.- Record and verify on-site manpower data against designations.
Record and manage documents including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
- Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Candidates should possess Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent field.- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support role.
Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
Self-motivated and able to work independently- Possess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with a good communication skills
Applicants must be able to work in Kundang, Rawang.
- Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (half day)
