REQUIREMENTS:- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the service/ maintenance/ property / real estate management field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
Able to meet deadline.- Ability to efficiently organizing digital files, folders and as well as hard-copy filing.
