JOB VACANCY - PROJECT ADMIN ASSISTANT (PROTG) Work location: Putrajaya
Protg Allowance: MYR2, Starting date: September 2024
Period: Twelve (12) months
Key duties/ responsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions
Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
Create and update workflows
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Academic qualification in Bachelor's degree with honours in Computer Science (IT, System, Network or equivalent)
Good in oral and written communication skills
Good presentation and customer-facing skills
Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision
Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline
Possess own transport (compulsory) as well as must be willing to travel
