Job requirement:- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Building Management/ Architecture/ Project Construction Management/ Civil Engineering /ID Renovation
Strong preference for 2 years of experience in Construction Industry (Building or Infrastructure Projects) leading management of mid to large sized projects.- Effective communication skills.
Able to lead a team to undertake projects independently.
- Familiar with construction technologys standards of various engineering specialties of the project.
Proficient skills, knowledge and experience in cost control, time, quality control and construction safety management.
Responsible to report to the Superior periodically on project assign.- To manage and coordinate all property development process for project and task assigned with relevant parties.
To communicate effectively with all levels involved in the project.
- Responsible for monitoring of project budget, profits and loss and accountable for the overall performance of assign projects from budget, quality, completion time up to CCC and post construction.
