Objective of the Role
The Program Team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risks reporting.
Role Functions:
Responsible for the daily tasks within the program.
Monitoring the program processes.
Train programs stakeholders on GSCFs services and systems.
Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client.
Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored.
Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly.
Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior.
User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production.
Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners.
Adhere to company & operations policies.
Contribute to maintaining a positive, transparent, open and creative thinking working environment.

Required Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English (and other languages as needed).

Ability to remain poised and calm under pressure.
Structured, fact-based way of work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
