Responsibilities:- According to company and BU strategy, participate the customer or key project review, project cost management to meet the BU KPI target.
- Setup and leading the Customer Focus Team from different function departments to drive the successful of project and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to build a good communication on production procedure, production planning, material planning, Import & export, and logistic. Guarantee the high efficient teamwork for customers projects.
- Maintain good relations with the key customers to ensure the smooth progress and development of the project.
- Training and guidance for each PM to effectively manage business project work.
- Requirements:
- More than 8 years project management experience in EMS company with 3 years department management experience.
- Familiar with electronic products and components, specifications and rules of international trade.
- Familiar with electronic products manufacturing process technical knowledge.
- Understand the ISO quality standard especially the industrial and automobile related product requirement.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, with team spirit.
- Other requirements:
- Need to be familiar with the IATF16949 system and the use of the five tools, If responsible for the automotive electronic products.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
