Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues to ensure prompt customer resolution.
  • Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
  • Communicates and coordinates fulfilment activities with internal departments, verification of Purchase Order, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience, including direct people management and leading cross-functional organizations in a complex, technical environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/business/administration or project management.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in oral and written communications and good interpersonal skill
  • Possess capacity to multi-task, meticulous to details, analytical and strong commitment to overall job responsibilities.
