To coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues to ensure prompt customer resolution.
Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
Communicates and coordinates fulfilment activities with internal departments, verification of Purchase Order, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request.
To ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience, including direct people management and leading cross-functional organizations in a complex, technical environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering/business/administration or project management.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient in oral and written communications and good interpersonal skill
Possess capacity to multi-task, meticulous to details, analytical and strong commitment to overall job responsibilities.
