Schedule interview and send the invitation to hiring managers and candidates. 4.Ensure all documentation throughout the selection process is submitted by the candidate and perform the due diligence. 5. Notify line manager if the employee is short-listed for an interview based on internal application. 6. Promptly advise unsuccessful applicants within 7 days after the selection process has been concluded, and the successful candidate(s) identified. 7. Provide technical assessment to the candidate and ensure completion within the timeline provided. 8. Ensure timely submission of career conversation form from panel interviewers. 9. Ensure passing the pre-employment medical check-up at appointed panel clinics/hospital, Verity & OCISS report. 10. Prepare LO checklist and submit all required documents to RC Ops team for LO issuance. 11. Keeping with the Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.
