Responsibilities:
- Review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Work closely with other team members, including engineers, QA, other staff.- Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth flow of production process.
Requirements:- Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent / completion of vocational training will be an advantage.
Familiarity in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (CNC Machine, Thermoforming machine).
- Able to use inspection tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements.
Able to read drawings.- Excel at math with analytical abilities.
