- Ensure all processes & equipment is setup and ready for production.
Verifies all set-up production parameters and procedures are consistent with standards settings.
- Delegate tasks to operators, having ensured that adequate training is provided.
Monitor production outputs, product quality and downtime.- Responsible for shifts measures of performance (KPIs).
Uses and understands basic computer tools/programs for analyzing results and/or compiling reports.
- Monitoring of Team Member performance _i.e. output, quality, safety, attendance_ and in conjunction with HR, carry out timely performance appraisals, counseling and disciplinary actions if required.
Work as a member of the core team (Leader, Training and Quality) to manage daily line performance, trouble shooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner such as to minimize downtime and support continuous flow.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM- Preferably 2 years and above working experience is required in related field
Preferably with technical, problem solving method or tools and interaction, communication skills & supervision skills
