Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seri Kembangan. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, managing production staff, ensuring efficiency and quality standards, maintaining equipment, and implementing production schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production supervision or a related role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus

• 8am-4pm
