Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the laundry facility.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.- Oversee the proper handling and processing of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Implement and enforce production policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and equipment usage.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Proven experience within the hostel or cleaning industry.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidate who is familiar with
Chinese
is preferable. Strong understanding of laundry operations, including equipment and chemicals used in the process.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards relevant to the laundry industry.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
