Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met.
Ensure production schedules are met, coordinating with planning and other departments to optimize production flow.
Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and correct any issues.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.
Promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
Conduct regular safety training and meetings with the team.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance to the Management.
