Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of line leaders, manipulants, material handler and operators.
Ensure product quality is conformance to required standard.- Maximize resources to achieve quality and output target.
Manage WIP and bottleneck to ensure 100% Production Order fulfilment.
- Minimize stock variance and rejection rate.
Maximize labour efficiency.- Work closely with functional group such as QC, Planning and Engineering, to address production related issues.
To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Preferable with Plastic Injection working experience or some technical knowledge.- At least 5 year(s) of production / Assembly manufacturing working experience.
Proactive and result oriented.
- Positive attitude and problem solving.
Able to managing people and strong in leadership skill.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,900.00 per month
