Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree(for Project Engineer)/ Diploma & CIRT (for Project Supervisor) in Mechanical/Electrical/E&E/Mechatronic Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Fresh Graduate Coordinate are also encourage to apply (attitude is everything).
Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Autocad.
Able to travel outstation when necessary.
Hunger and desire to learn new things and not afraid to get your hands dirty by being involved in site works.
