Job Description:
- Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, quality and quantity.
- Feedback and deal with all kinds of emergencies and current situations in the production line with records generated
- Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks.
- Inspected the production line; Exception handling: It is necessary to have a strong ability to cope with and respond to anomalies on site.
- Responsible for department staff training
Requirements :
1Diploma or degree holder
2At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing and management
3Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, playing a leading role in production
4Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
5Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan,China
Skills Required:
1 Possess analytical, management and organizational skills to lead the team
- Able to communicate ( read & write ) Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
