We are seeking Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining production schedules, optimizing performance, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve processes and resolve technical problems.
Prepare and maintain production reports, including employee skill matric, production performance metrics, inventory levels, and equipment status.- Ensure proper documentation of production activities, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or battery industry.- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
