Job Responsibilities - Scheduling and assigning adequate resources
Monitoring progress Reporting shift production status To follow up material with store.
- Control and discipline leaders and operators.
Manpower arrangement and allocation of production.- To ensure machines running with good quality and efficiency.
Ensure all lot closes according to the schedule.
- Arrange reject PCBA/ WIP for repairing / debugging.
Update the daily production report and follow up the status.- To ensure production housekeeping done.
All others matter as required by superior.
- Work closely with other shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effectively communicated Timely completion of production plan
Candidate must possess at least SPM with 3 years of related working experience / Certificate / Diploma in related field with 1 years working experience.
- Computer literate. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000, ISO14001 and OSHAH, ISO 13485 are and added advantage.
Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels.- Willing to work on shift overtime.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
- Candidate must have good judgment skills and creative planning ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,
- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
