Responsibilities:
Workflow Management:
- Assign responsibilities and prepare schedules for the production team.
- Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
- Ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Equipment Oversight:
- Oversee the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the facility.
Efficiency and Waste Reduction:
Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency and reduce wastage.
Skills Needed:
- IT Proficiency:
o Proficient in using data analysis software and other relevant IT tools.
- Organizational Skills:
o Excellent organization skills to manage workflows and schedules efficiently.
- Communication and Leadership:
o Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to guide and support the production team.
- Problem-Solving:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic to handle production challenges effectively.
- Process Adherence:
o Ability to create and adhere to production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Report Writing:
o Ability to write reports legibly and accurately for documentation and analysis purposes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Food Manufacturing, Logistic, Warehousing Management, Supply Chain or related field.
- Background in food manufacturing.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production management software and computer applications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,499.00 per month
