Job Descriptions- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
Train and mentor employees- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting results of the processing flow
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the ue of all control points, equipment, resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action- Ensures daily target and production efficiency and quality are met
Min 2 years related work experience in electronic sector- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, can work in team & can lead a team
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly
