Job Description- Develop and implement action items to meet production schedules, goals and objectives
Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.- Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated, safely.
Responsible to support the key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Train new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.- Identify resource needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met
Additional duties as assigned by the Management
- Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent working experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years experience in production environment.
- Having highly proactive attitude, possess drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player- Willing and able to work in production and fast pace environment
