To review the final production output, weight loss, quantity of material / packaging damaged and material rejected at the end of production.- To review any of re-worked products and semi-finished products inventory at the end of production run
Responsible to ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by a designated person before they are made available to the Quality Control Department.
- To ensure that the production staff to keep their personal hygiene all the time, such as wash & clean their hands properly before going back to the work area and or before starting work.
To ensure that the machinery tools placed at the designated areas. The tools should always be kept cleaned.- To ensure all the rejected, damaged and unwanted materials should be placed in a designated area and labeled properly.
Provide production record and other performance indicies to the Production Manager whenever required.
- Responsible to keep track & forecast the stock of raw powder and packaging materials and report to purchasing department.
Fill up Extra OT Form for MD approval.- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
At least posses Diploma/Degree in Food Sciences/Biotechnology/Nutrition or any other related course.- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel).
- Possess strong communication skill, problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
