Production Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze the production line anomalies and improving manufactiring processes
  

• Confirmation of new manufacturing process of new product and develope/ review of working instructions
  

• Enhance the tooling, fixture diagrams to improve production rates.
  

• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
  

• Estimating the production cost
  

• Prepare and updating of production working instructions
  

• Prepare and optimize related documents for new products
  

• Developing process routes and participating in contract reviews
  

• Maintenance of online check lists and job order
  

• Execute according to the company's document requirements
  

• Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
  
  

  Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in electronics-related disciplines, with 12 years or more relevant work experience.
  

• Proven work experience as a process engineer
  

• Knowledge in production process & operation
  

• Basic ability to produce simple tooling and fixtures
  

• Product assembly and process testing capabilities
  

• Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
  

• Ability to interpret drawings (simple electronic circuit diagrams)
  

• Proficiency in English and Malay languages. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage,as this position needs to liaise with the counterparts of China.

• Able to identify, assess and solve problem under pressure.

  Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
