Production Scheduling:
Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands.Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data and generate reports to optimize processes.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to production activities.Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production-related issues as they arise.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the superior, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the production processes.
Diploma in a related field.
- Fresh graduate (no experience required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Mandarin speaker required.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
