Principal Responsibility
- The production operator is to carry out plant production activities as per specific job assignment given by plant management
General Responsibilities
- Direct in charge of production activities (Drawing/Straightening/Welding/Bending).
Follow company standard operation procedure (SOP) and work instruction.- Monitor machine and equipment to ensure it is operating properly and report to supervisor for any irregularity.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and keep in the proper place after use.
- Prepare the daily production report and submit to immediate supervisor at the end of working hour.
To comply all the company policies and regulation.- Practice safe work operating procedure at the workplace all the time.
To maintain the 5S in the production floor all the time.
- To comply with quality system relating to environmental act and its regulation.
To perform any other job/task that may be assigned by his Superior/Company.
Organizational Knowledge
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Span of Authority
- Machine/equipment readiness.
End product quality and specification.
- Housekeeping at the working area.
Accountabilities
- Comply product quality and quantity as per production job order.
Meet daily production target. Compliance to all SOP, company rules and system.
Qualification
Can write and read in Malay/ English.
