Job Description

Position Summary

Production Officer is responsible on performance of task assigned to him / her. He / She will assist Production Planner to follow up with respective department on issue related with equipment, process and storage. He / She will assist Production Supervisor to follow up and resolve issue arise at EO Process, included involvement in LEAN activities and implementation of quality related system. He / She will involve in internal and external audit and visit. He / She will also carry out job scope of order admin to assist Production Planner in any matter related to scheduling, generate of customer order, dealing and meeting with customer

Duties
To follow up with Maintenance / Engineering Team on equipment performance and process deviation
To follow up with Validation Team on validation exercises
To follow up with Quality Assurance Team on quality related issue (Non-conformity / Corrective Action and Preventive Action)
To follow up with Warehouse Controller / Shipping Coordinator on utilization and adequate availabilities of space in warehouse
To coordinate and supervise shift and routine activities of EO process, included manpower arrangement, LEAN activities.
To review EO process batch records and ensure documents submitted on time
To ensure good housekeeping practices are employed at EO processing area.
To assist EO Production Planner in any matter related to scheduling.
To generate customer order for EO processing and ensure sterilization is running as per scheduled.
To monitor all items in system is updated and to create any new item whenever required.
Duties - cont'd
To deputized EO Production Planner as and when required
To involve in internal and external audit.
To perform any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of process, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studding methods, implementing cost reductions, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between department.
To maintain a smart, and clean personal appearance.
To ensure and comply to company rules and policies, Safety policies, QA procedures, Lean Activity and SOPs.
