Job Descriptions:
- Organize and supervise production activities according to production orders and production schedules, achieve production deadlines, control quality, and costs.
- Lead and coordinate relevant personnel to analyze and resolve abnormal events in production, such as incoming materials, processes, personnel, environment, and safety issues.
- Lead and collaborate on production site and process improvements to enhance production efficiency, first pass yield, and reduce online inventory and material wastage.
- Supervise production operations to comply with safety regulations, organize personnel to participate in safety training, and instruct production supervisors to conduct on-site 5S and safety inspections.
- Provide job guidance and management training to production team leaders and line supervisors, initiate improvement proposals, and facilitate cost-saving activities.
- Responsible for reviewing various production management reports, issuing and approving materials requisition forms, analyzing and allocating failed labor hours.
- Coordinate production department performance management, including leading subordinate staff in performance planning, assessment, evaluation, and feedback improvement.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience as production manager in manufacturing firms, preferably electronics industry.
- Understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety (HSF) systems, familiarity with QC080000 environmental requirements, knowledge of ISO systems and environmental basics.
- Understanding of environmental risks and hazards associated with harmful substances, including their identification and assessment.
