Production Manager (HDPE) - Nilai (Mandarin)

Overview: Weida Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all production activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive efficient, cost-effective operations that meet both company targets and customer expectations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules that align with company targets and customer demands.

• 2. Process Management:

Oversee daily production processes to ensure they run efficiently and comply with all company policies and standards.

Manage factory operations, including production, maintenance, and minor electrical troubleshooting.

• 3. Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent process control measures.

Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production, ensuring products meet all specifications.

• 4. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team members skills and performance.

• 5. Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring that production costs are maintained within agreed-upon limits.

Monitor and report on production performance against the budget, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

• 6. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on production performance, including metrics on output, efficiency, and quality.

Report daily progress, production output, waste management, and any necessary defect rectifications to the Assistant Factory Manager/Factory Manager.

• 7. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure minimal production downtime and equipment reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
