Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist Production Manager to plan and coordinate with workers to ensure production run smoothly
  • Responsible in daily production running to ensure safe and quality product produce within targeted production KPI.
  • Assist in manpower mapping, worker schedule and staff discipline issues.
  • Ensure that records are proper documented and updated and remain traceable.
  • Responsible in ISO22000, GMP, FSSC, HACCP implementation and to ensure compliance in requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping.
  • Update production report on time and report production activities and issue to production manager.
  • To perform other duties as and when instructed by superior and report any problem pertaining to food safety, quality and equipment performance.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years working experience in food industry
  • Can read and speak English , Mandarin (to deal with Taiwan supplier)
  • Good communication skills and personality
