Ensuring production plans and schedules being met as per customer demand and on-time delivery.
Manage a team of production personnel, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Identify and drive process improvements by implementing strategies to optimize production processes, increase efficiency and minimize waste.
Identify and diagnose bottlenecks and other issues related to production, collaborate with external teams to meet performance measurements set.
Monitor and proactively resolve production related issues and address potential risks that may impact the quality, cost, and delivery of products with effective solutions.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards, implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of products are produced.
Cooperate with the SHE department to ensure smoothness of the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) duties and policies.
Monitoring production metrics and performance indicators, generating reports for senior management, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
