1) To implement and ensure overall production arrangement running smoothly and accordingly
2) To ensure output meet the quality standard requirement and on-time delivery
3) To ensure standard housekeeping practice & maintain discipline at all time
4) Responsible for production daily attendance monitoring
5) Production line arrangement and routine checking
6) To ensure defective products going through proper rework and inspecton upon delivery
7) To ensure all corrective action taken are carried out based on CAR'S raised
8) To monitor daily work progress and meet the committed shipment date
9) To manage and supervise Line Leaders, Operators, Technicians and Engineers
10) To support urgent pull-in schedule
11) To ensure lot traveler follows job progress and ensure sufficient materials for all process for production running
12) Any other task that deemed necessary by Superior
