Arrange and handle a team of operators, material handlers and manipulants.- Assist Supervisor in line control and monitoring ensure product compliance with quality standard and procedures.
Allocate manpower to achieve targeted output.
- Prepare Daily Production Output, Machine Down Time and Scrap Note.
Minimize rejection.- Maximize labour efficiency.
Communicate information from supervisor/management to operators.
- Escalate issues to supervisors/management for further action.
Manage materials withdrawal from/to store and ensure inventory is tally.- Assist to key in production output data in SAP system.
Update daily attendance list.
- Prepare Material Shortage Report.
Prepare finished/ semi-finished goods label.- To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.
Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace.
- To perform any others duties as assigned by Head of Department.
- Knowledge in Injection molding process are Advantage.
