Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise production teams to meet manufacturing performance standards.
- Coordinate production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximize output.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
- Analyze production data and provide reports on efficiency, quality, and safety to management.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at promoting team efficiency and reducing waste.
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and serviced to keep production running smoothly.
- Train new employees on safe and efficient use of machinery and equipment.
- Any other task assigns by Superior from time to time.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Production experience.
- Strong understanding of production procedures and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Regularly required to walk, stand, and crouch around production environment.
- Able to follow and understand documented instructions.
