Plan and manage the factory/warehouse operations (communicate, site, checking, receipt, physical delivery, cycle count, packing, distribution and storage) to secure best outcome of warehouse processes in terms of service, quality.
Supply Chain projects management.
Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
To coordinate with Site for delivery arrangement and planning.
Manage, maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Organise, maintain and manage inventory levels and stockcontrols.
Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring IT is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
Reporting information and conditional to superior.
Perform other duties assigned and directed by Management.
To perform calculation material by using Excel and software.
Job Requirements
Candidate with a diploma or degree in Business Studies/Administration, Inventory Control/Warehouse Management, and Logistics / Transportation will be most welcome.
2yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Organizational, time management mathematical skills
Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills basic knowledge
Good knowledge of computer software ( Microsoft Works &Excel ).
Need for two factory area activities (area balakong & semenyih).
