Job purposeYou are responsible to oversee store/ production operations in the Production Department to ensure efficiency, implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Review Sale Forecast and Schedule Monthly Production Plan.
- Monitoring Production inventory level frequently and request for urgent replenishment whenever necessary.
Assist and follow up the Waste Management Schedule and activities.- Organize periodic Production stock count, cycle count and investigate abnormal variance.
Follow up on implementation of Safety plan and waste management activities.
- Assist in operating improvement activities and review SOP / ISO Procedure.
Other tasks assigned by Senior Production Manager and Operation Manager.
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or any equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing production store and stock control.
Hands-on experience with software or system (MICROSOFT DYNAMICS WILL BE ADVANTAGE).
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Able to operate Forklift/Reach truck will be advantage.- Able to work under pressure with a minimal supervision.
Good time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems (QMS).
Experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).- Confident, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within team.
