Job Purpose:Oversees and directs production operations for a manufacturing organization.
Lead a team of production workers and ensure finished products are manufactured in conformance with the production schedule, cost, quality and yield standards.
- Assist Operation Manager in managing / training manpower, processing, and finished goods handling during operations.
To plan and assign daily job duties to workers to meet production goals.- To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable
To provide on-job training to workers to meet production goals.
- To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properly.
Improve, update and maintain quality.- To recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
To ensure Food Safety Management System and Halal System are implement accordingly.
Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in on site food production line.
Reliable, Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to meet tight schedule.- Equipped with GMP and HACCP Knowledge.
Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
