Production Executive

Job scope

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and maintain high performance levels.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, maintenance, and safety.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and safety protocols.

• Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production management, plant maintenance, and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
