Responsibilities:- Responsible for the smooth running of production lines including production output, product quality and on time delivery
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Coordinate and monitor the progress of production, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Manage, obtain and record both the usage of raw materials and output information (finished products, wastage) on a daily basis
Ensure all the raw materials and finished products meets quality and safety standards- Manage and motivate the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements
Must always be on the lookout for problems hampering effectiveness and trigger corrective actions
- Expected to develop new as well as cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in GMP & HACCP environment. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess QC, HACCP and Quality Management knowledge in food manufacturing environment.
- Possess analytical skills with a problem- solving attitude.
Dynamic, self motivated, Good team Player and fast leaner- Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently.
A proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people oriented, keen to motivate and effectively educate employees regarding all compliance related matters.
