Production Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the smooth running of production lines including production output, product quality and on time delivery

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of production, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget

Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

• Manage, obtain and record both the usage of raw materials and output information (finished products, wastage) on a daily basis

Ensure all the raw materials and finished products meets quality and safety standards

• Manage and motivate the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements

Must always be on the lookout for problems hampering effectiveness and trigger corrective actions

• Expected to develop new as well as cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent

• Possess at least 1 year of working experience in GMP & HACCP environment. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possess QC, HACCP and Quality Management knowledge in food manufacturing environment.

• Possess analytical skills with a problem- solving attitude.

• Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently.

A proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, people oriented, keen to motivate and effectively educate employees regarding all compliance related matters.
