Job Description :- Responsible for planning and scheduling of production operation to meet customers requirement.
Ensure product produced is meeting bakery quality / safety requirements as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Familiar with bakery operation of all work stations. Supervise, and coordinate work activities of production team member.
Monitor production operation at each station using Operation Feed Back System (OFS).
- Responsible to ensure good line efficiency, productivity, capacity optimization, waste control and reduction,
Analyze OFS data to drive continual improvement.- Upkeep and maintain equipment within the context of production.
Conduct Pre-Operation check and calibration according to set frequency
- Ensure staff adhering production SOPs and follow up actions should there be any modification / changes in the process.
Responsible to train, coach and motivate production in charge and staff for growth and upgrading. Conduct OJT and performance review.- Ensure proper records of stock count and materials issued for traceability
Responsible in general bakery admin work covering tabulation of staff attendance, time keeping, overtime and annual leave tracking.
- Responsible in verifying production line daily check sheet (paperless form).
Submit production reports and information as required by company management on a timely and accurate basis- Participate in internal quality and food safety related audits.
Assist in product troubleshooting; develop preventive measures for continuous improvement.
- Promote good inter-departmental teamwork and relationships.
Ensure plant hygiene and sanitation at all times. Implementation of 5S practices.- Systematically prevent and solve for underlying operation issues by doing root cause analysis (RCA)
Minimum SPM, preference Diploma/Degree- Minimum 3 years working experience in bakery
Proficiency with computer applications and programs including email, Microsoft Office, and operations related applications.
- Motivated and self-initiative. Proactive and able to work with minimum supervison
Team player- Good verbal and written communication skill

- Ability to work at flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
