Job Responsibilities:- Perform research and study on manufacturing process improvement.
Propose good operations practices through industrial research and suitability to be deployed within the company.- Review and recommend effective process improvement plan to cut down redundancy and eliminate unproductive process.
Design and improve jigs and fixtures to enhance productivity.
- Actively liaise with Metal Division Operation Manager on project implementation, status updates and outcome results.
Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences in manufacturing, capable to interpret the Mechanical Drawing good knowledge in AutoCAD & SolidWorks software.
Preferably in Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication or Mechanical Assembly.- Others: Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage.
Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
