Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Communicate with sales coordinator to arrange production schedule.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure IT is following the schedule.
  • Assign work to Line Workers.
  • Train Line Workers on the procedure to assemble product per assigned role for the day.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in production department, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible and be punctual at work at all times.
  • Own transport & willing OT
