Primary Function:- Responsible to maximum production with minimum wastage and in minimum time with optimum use of available resources and with better technology
Support production floor daily needs in improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform research and study on manufacturing process improvement;- Propose good operations practices through industrial research and suitability to be deployed within the company;
Review and recommend effective process improvement plan to cut down redundancy and eliminate unproductive process;
- Design and improve jigs and fixtures to enhance productivity;
Actively liaise with Metal Division Operation Manager on project implementation, status updates and outcome results
Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences in manufacturing, capable to interpret the Mechanical Drawing good knowledge in AutoCAD & Solidworks software. Preferably in Metal Stamping, Metal Fabrication or Mechanical Assembly.
Others: Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage. Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently. Ability to work under tight dateline. Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
