1. To participate in pre-production Meeting (PPM), discuss & highlight problem facing during pre-production run &
address production requirement to improve tooling performance in mass production.
4. To provide Production Summary Report or data into PPM report.
5. To monitor production runs, compare performance with pre-production (PP) run & do improvement if performance lower than PP.
6. To establish work-station layout and workflow, audit & review it from time to time.
7. To prepare, review & update (Quality Work Instruction) QWI time to time. To raise Engineering Change Notice (ECN) if any changing in QWIand record document change via Document Record Checksheet.
8. To raise Mould Action Notice (MAN) if tooling need to be repaired/ serviced.
9. To provide Rework Sorting Instruction (RSI) if parts need to be reworked or sorted not more than 2 working days.
10. To reply Product Failure Report (PFR) if any within the specified time frame
11. To raise Internal Deviation Form (ID) if defect part can be accepted by QC, investigate issues and find out corrective &
preventive actions.
12. To monitor rejection parts & provide countermeasure to lower down rejection rate.
13. To prepare 4M Change Notice if any of machine/method/man/material is changed.
14. To conduct development and improvement on production jig & fixture to improve output and quality.
15. Improvement of overall productivity such as improve operator tack time, reduce steps or remove non-value added activities in production floor.
16. To update SOP if having new customer special request (CSR) or adding new device into production.
17. To attend customer or ISO/IATF audit & close nonconformities if any.
18. Participate in Kick Off Meeting (KOM) to understand new product requirements & highlight production concern to the group. Update production team regarding the requirement after KOM.
19. Train/ brief shift supervisor & operators for new product requirement before mass production. Record training record or training attendance record.
20. To carry out other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
