Responsibility:
- Function as in charge of all production matters and responsible to implement all procedures. Report to the superior with regard to line function responsibilities.
- To assist the QC of the product incoming and outgoing is always maintained and the operation of the company is according to GMP, ISO, HALAL regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from planning to execution, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement production strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
- Monitor production progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet production targets and quality standards.
- To assist the Regulatory team on registration of new products, re-registration and maintenance of already registered products with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia.
- To ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled and to be responsible during any customer complaints received.
- To assist in purchasing of all packaging materials and equipment.
- Prepare BOM & Production Order. Revise requisition form when there is a change in BOM due to design description changes and etc
Ensure the stock of the finished goods is enough to prevent from out of stock.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production department.
- To conduct any job assigned by the superior.
- Requirements:
Proven experience in a production management role, preferably as a Senior Production Executive.
Strong knowledge of production processes, techniques, and best practices.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze production data and implement data-driven solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office suite.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
