Initiate best practices and standards in providing administravive assistance.- Incoming order processing, production planning, loading, monitoring, resheduling, updating and closure of assgned job orders.
Ensure material availbility to meet production requirements.
- Respond to custoer enquiries and pull in/push out request.
Revises and reschedules MPS for job orders when necessary.- Create new JO and re-issue materials base on unexpected field variance reported in NCPR/pink form.
Arranfe shipment and provide prove of delivery to customer base on agreed and approved terms of delivery.
- Perform consignment billing in monthly basis.
Receive forecast & proceed build under SMI programme to cover customer shortage.- Assist and support in acheiving company's incoming and outgoing sales target.
Coordinate with core team /BAM/Purchasing/Production/QA and etc in reaching set goals and objectives.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
