Relocation allowance
Develop and oversee production schedules for cakes, bread, and pastries.- Identify and address potential issues impacting production timelines.
Ensure production activities comply with Halal requirements.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for HACCP and ISO standards.
Implement and monitor improvements to production processes.- Oversee the operation and record-keeping for X-ray and metal detectors.
Prepare and maintain detailed production records, including wastage.
- Conduct stocktaking on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Review ingredient usage across all products.- Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
Ensure all production activities adhere to safety regulations (JKKP, ISO). At least 5 years of experience in as production in Bakery industry.
- Have experience work in factory is preferred.
Understanding of food standard (HACCP, HALAL & ISO).- Understanding of safety regulation (JKKP, ISO)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,- 00 - RM9,000.00 per month
