Able to speak in mandarin or Japanese is added advantage- Required to liaise with customer from China / Japan.
Able to make part assembly mechanical and electrical
- Able to carry out machine adjustment, sample testing and product evaluation.
Keep machine shipment schedule.- Make adjustment manual & work instruction for work simplification.
Make process improvement for work simplification
- Able to carry out internal & external machine buy off.
Able to understand customers specification and meet customer requirement.- Able to perform machine set up at customer site (without guidance)
Able to carry out sample testing and product evaluation for customer.
- Ability to provide solution to customer, solve and clear the problem at customer site.
Ability to raise idea in order to reduce cost, assembly and adjustment time through assembly and adjustment methodology.- Abide to customer rules and regulation during customer site buy off and set up work
Provide machine (internal & external) training and guidance to customers on parameter operation and product adjustment training
- Ability to give customer feedback, propose improvement measures & follow up customer feedback.
Can detect and troubleshoot nonconformance problem and able to make discussion with Design Department to solve the problem.- Ability to give feedback, technical support & follow up customer feedback issues.
Reporting to superior on machines buy off, set up, service, modification and other related work via verbal communication, e-mail, fax, report writing or other forms of communication.
- Carry on duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
